Tom Of Red Line Chemistry Mixes It Up With Reliant
Recently I was able to sit down with Tom of Red Line Chemistry.

The band members are:
Andy Breit-Singer and Rhythm Guitar
Tom Brown-Bass Guitar
Brett Ditgen-Vocals
Dave Fyten- Rhythm guitar
Mike Mazzarese-Drums
The groups has played with such groups as Saliva, Drowning Pool,Stone Temple Pilots, Saving Abel, Theory of a Deadman and Avenged Sevenfold.
Reliant-Of all the bands you've played with who did you enjoy the most?
Tom-I'd have to say Stone Temple Pilots, they put on a great show. But the lead singer of Drowning Pool was pretty kewl. He even came to our bus and partied with us.
Reliant- I know you’re mostly in the Midwest why don't you tour more or have you?
Tom-We have some with Saving Abel. And we had talked about touring recently, but with the holidays and with everything else we decided to put it off for awhile.
Reliant-What is in store with the group in 2009?
Tom-We'll have to wait and see.
Reliant-“But from some of what we discussed I promise you will be seeing their name around more!!”
Reliant-Have you started your next album?
Tom-Yes we have two songs already. The next album will be different then the last. We would like to get back to a little bit harder rock.
Reliant-With the bands all changing their styles have you considered that? Some of the groups are now following in the southern rock style.
Tom-Well we all really like that style and we did talk about it, but we didn't want to be a band that was thought of as jumping on that band wagon, so we are just doing what comes natural to us.
Reliant-What are some of your favorite bands?
Tom-Well I like Guns N’ Roses of course, and Metallica and Motley Crue. When I was sixteen I met Nikki Sixx, and at that age that was very impressionable and now I’m a Bass Player.
The thing that impressed me during this interview I asked him what he looks at in the next year with the band. He stated each year they look at the past year, how the changes have occurred and if they are moving forward, each time they have been able to say yes the band has been and since it’s still a lot of fun for them, they enjoy doing it.
I would look for the name in the future. I think it’s going to be one that will become very popular!!
