Another month has rolled around and this time it’s the month of Love. Valentine’s Day falls on the 14th of this month and once again the sale of cheesy hallmark cards will go up as will the price of roses etc. This year, why not do something different, something to give back to those less fortunate than you. This year, instead of spending all that cash on cards, chocolates, flowers, expensive nights out, why not donate all that money to the Red Cross to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti!! Why give all your hard earned cash to people like hallmark and florists when your money can go towards really doing some good! Don’t wait till the 14th of February to tell someone you love them, do it all throughout the year.
Cook a nice meal for the person you love, go for a romantic stroll, make your own card
This month our Featured Band is Skillet with New Found Glory our Turning Point Band. Remember to request their music from our DJ's who will be only too happy to play them for you. Find out more about both of these bands on our website.
We are looking for interested people who would like to DJ for us. You don’t need experience but you need enthusiasm, a decent sized music library and a few hours spare every week. Training will be provided. If you are interested, send an email about yourself, including a short voice clip to mistiblu@live.com. Please put DJ Application in the subject line.
Are you a big follower of Music Charts? If you are, tune in every Thursday at 2 am EST to the Top 20 Rock Countdown with McBratty. Find out what has been happening in the world of rock and catch your favorite artists as they appear on the chart. We also have repeat of this show every Friday at 7 pm EST with Christine. Tune them in and let them keep you updated weekly.

We also want to wish Christine a very Happy Birthday, she insists she is still 29, she will be turning 29 once again on February 16th, but we know better!!! Come on by and wish her a Happy 4* birthday!! You can catch Christine Monday thru Thursday from 2 pm EST to 6 pm EST and on Fridays at 7:00 pm EST to 9:00 pm EST.
