Korn, Rob Zombie Playing Heavy MTL Festival

The lineup for this year's Heavy MTL festival looks like a punch-up between thrash metal and nu-metal.

The two-day festival takes place at Montreal's Parc Jean-Drapeau on July 24 and 25. Megadeth and Slayer will play the first day, while Rob Zombie and Korn will play the next.

Yes, just in case you're wondering, if you have tickets to Megadeth and Slayer's cancelled Canadian Carnage Montreal date, they will be honoured on the 24th. More information will be available soon.

Testament, Lamb Of God, Five Finger Death Punch, Hatebreed and 3 Inches Of Blood will also play the festival. The full lineup and ticket information will be announced shortly.
